Shipping & Returns

1. How long will my order take to arrive?
    Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. It will need 3-5 business days for express shipping, and 8-15 business days for standard shipping.

2. How much will I need to pay for the shipping fee?

  • Standard Shipping Fee

         1.Order under $75, you need to pay a standard shipping fee.
         2.Order is or more than $75, the standard shipping fee is $0.

  • Express Shipping Fee

         1.Order under $129, you need to pay for express shipping.
         2.Order is or more than $129, the express shipping fee is $0.

We promise to send your order within 24 hours (except Sundays and holidays) from the confirmation of your order. If you have chosen to pay by credit card or PayPal, the confirmation of the order will be carried out in real time on our website.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number with an email confirmation of the shipment.

  • Where can I receive my order?
    It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.).
  • Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
    No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.
  • How much do I pay for delivery service?

Unless otherwise specified, we provide free shipping for all products at this website which takes 5-10 days to deliver. Extra fee will be required for faster shipping. The rates will be charged as per the delivery time you request. So please contact us via info@redcogoods.com with your order number to check the shipping fee you need to pay and we'll arrange express shipping for your order after you pay for the shipping. 

  • Can I track my order?
    Sure. In the "my orders" section in "my account" you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

 

30-DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

  • Exchanges and refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your receipt of the order.
  • Beyond 14 days, ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of your receipt of the order.
  • Contact us for shipping address. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact customer support via E-Mail at info@redcogoods.com.
  • Please inform us the tracking number, and please write you Order Number and your Full Name in the returned package.
  • Red Co. will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example, if Red Co. were to send you the incorrect item or a defective item.
  • If the boxes associated with certain products are not returned, the value of the box will be subtracted from the return.
  • Shipping charges will be refunded together if products are defective or there is a shipping error.
  • The products must be returned in new, resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged(scratches, wreckage etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded.
  • Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

 

HOW TO RETURN?


Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. It must be presented in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is prepared, please contact us to get the detailed returning address.
